How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you sign-up for a paying plan you will have a 30-day free trial. During this time if you wish to cancel or downgrade to the free plan you will not be charged. If you are upgrading from the Free account you will not receive the 30-day free trail.

  • How long can I use the free account?

    You can use the free account as long as you want! You never have to upgrade unless you want features not available in the free account. Signing up for the free account doesn’t require a credit card, so feel free to try it out!

  • Am I making a long-term commitment?

    No. Battle Center is a pay-as-you-go service meaning no long-term contracts or fees. Simply downgrade or cancel at anytime. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month but wont be billed again.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept Visa, Master Card & Discover Card. We are not currently accepting orders via phone, PayPal, or check.

  • Can I change plans anytime?

    Absolutely! Just click on the “Settings” button at the top of your tournament page and you’ll see our available plans.
